"Call-In" Sick

 

To report your absence, please fill out the form below. Thank you. To review policies on absences and tardies, please click on the policy link under the Current Student tab. YOU MUST USE YOUR AVEDAGRADUATES.COM EMAIL ADDRESS when sending your "call-in" sick email. Your avedagradutes.com email is the first initial of your name, followed by your last name. For example Jane Doe would be JDoe@avedagraduates.com.
